Calendar Invoices

Focus on your calendar, and let a smart invoice keep track of your work.

Invoices are Dead. Long Live Invoices?

Invoices are essential for getting paid. However, many freelancers dislike invoicing because it takes time and distracts from their work.

Invoices Re-Imagined

We have re-thought the role of invoices. Our goal is to make them easy and integrate them into your workflow, rather than being a separate task.

In fractional, invoices are simple:

One Client + Start Date + End Date = Revenue

Since everything in fractional tools is centered on the calendar, this is all you need. Once started, auto invoicing takes over. Keep your calendar up to date, and you won’t need to manually send invoices.

We also offer AI tools (currently in beta) that set up tracking, report on time accrual, and send scheduled invoices to your customers.

How to Get Started?

When you set up a client, we automatically create an invoice. We recommend invoicing every two weeks to establish a consistent cadence with your client. This sets clear expectations from the start.

When an invoice reaches its close date, we automatically close it and send it to your client. This might seem strict, but it’s beneficial for maintaining cash flow.

AI Invoicing (Coming Soon)

We plan to launch our AI Invoicing feature in early spring. AI is ideal for handling this task. It will set up tracking, report on time accrual, and send scheduled invoices to your customers.

Stay tuned.
